  • How do I track my items?
    Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number and or a link to track your order. You will receive an email when your order is delivered. If you need any assistance tracking your package, please contact us.
  • What are back-order items?
    Back- Order items are products that are out of stock and are not immediately available. Delivery times may take several weeks potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated. You may cancel or return any back-order item based on our return policy. If you have any questions about your back-order contact us.
  • How do I Return or Exchange merchandise
    Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery by mail. Items must not be worn, have Original tags attached and are in Original packaging. All merchandise that has been used, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted. We want our customers to be happy and will always do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied. Returned items will be replaced. To request an exchange, please contact us. Returned items must meet the conditions and guidelines listed in our Return Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Are delivery charges refundable?
    Any Original shipping chargers applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • How do I know if an Original Ones Clothing item is authentic.
    Original One Clothing Items are only authentic if purchased online at or if purchased at our partner stores. All partner stores are specified on the Original Ones Clothing online website.
  • How do I care for my OOC items?
    Care instructions are provided in each garment. Professional cleaning is the best option. Do not use hot iron on logo.
